- Prices shown on this website used for online purchases only.

- Payment can be made by Credit card,  Debit, and PayPal

Order status

-When you have made an order you will receive an email confirming your order. If you didn't receive the confirmation email please contact Line: @theatrebangkok

-Your order will be processed within 1-3  business days. 

* Excluding public holidays and In addition to the delivery period.

-If Theatre Bangkok has already delivered the product to you, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

- Before pressing to order You must check the terms and conditions of service. Including order information that is correct and complete. If you have already made an order, We cannot fix, change or cancel the order. You must provide us with accurate and complete shipping address information. In order to avoid the following questions Products from your order are being delivered to the address, you provided, including the recipient's name. We cannot be responsible for the delivery of the products to you. If the address or recipient name is incorrect Due to incomplete information All deliveries must be signed to confirm receipt of the goods. We are not responsible for re-shipping handling charges.

International and domestic delivery

- Shipping cost 90 baht Nationwide

- International shipping depends on weight, size, and destination

Exchange and returns

- Size can be changed within 7 days (customer is responsible for the shipping cost) 

- Customer can change the product size only for normal price products 

- Products must be in normal condition

- We do not accept returns in any case (except it is the default of TheatreBangkok) If something goes wrong, we apologize for the mistake. You will be contacted by us to refund or offer alternatives. In which if you want to refund We will refund the money through the original payment method, which will take approximately 14 days or more (excluding holidays and public holidays), and if the product needs to be returned, the brand will be responsible for the shipping cost.


* We reserve the right to refuse an order. your purchase may not be the result of any of the following.

- The product ordered is not available in the warehouse. We apologize for any mistake that occurred you will be contacted by us as soon as possible to make a refund or offer an alternative.

VIP customer

- If a customer purchase products with an amount of 50,000 Baht or more in one purchase order. Theatre  Bangkok would like to give the VIP privilege and a special 15% discount for new products sold in the store and on this website. This exclude discounted products and various promotions.
